just in the door home now after leaving for work on Friday morning in the beetle, straight to Loughmore after work and then thoroughly enjoying the spectacle of Jumpstart weekend!
I had a fantastic time from start to finish, I was blown away by the volume of cars that turned out, the brilliant friendly vibe the whole weekend and catching up with everyone I hadn't seen since last summer
There were some fabulous cars and vans on display including an awful lot that I'd never seen before, it's amazing what's lurking in garages around the country!!
Thanks to Coxy for organising such a fun weekend and everyone who made the effort to shake the cobwebs off their cars, give them a bit of spit and polish and for getting out and using them. I love that everyone goes along with the "just find a spot and park in it" thing on the day, there are no egos looking for a prime display spot. It's a great leveller, seeing some pristine show cars parked alongside cars literally pulled out of dusty sheds that morning.

here are the few I took before the phone battery went kaput. Anyone ever seen a spin-on oil filter setup like the last pic? Was in that dusty/white 67-reg beetle
