take a guess that`s that single gas burner ? he`d wanna come down a little on price, got me thinking is a single one worth that much extra cos who is gonna split a set ? or should it be cheaper cos it`s only the one ? guess it`s the former as it`d make a nice matching spare for someone

Padraig - you on for a trip over? We could take yer van if it has a towbar - I can get a proper car trailer for free (pick up in Wickla though). I'd go over for the craic as long as it cost me nothing.

My name is Ruairi Browne and I won the above car on ebay last night. I was actually bidding on behalf of a group of people in an Irish VW club. We are just discussing collecting the car and most likely two of us will be over with a trailer on Thurs 20th or Fri 21st next week.
Can you email me directions to your premises, and let me know how you wish to be paid. My intention was to bring a sterling bank draft over, but if you prefer another method let me know. We can probably do cash even but I'd prefer not to if possible. Can you get us a V5 export form? Maybe you can't for a scrapped car? If you can it would be great.

Brian Rafferty is the treasurer around here, and a more honest man with a beard you will never meet. I reckon ye all just feck your money into the Eircooled bank account and Brian can get a cheque or sterling cash out for Padraig and I. Might be handiest.

who got what is a good question . back at the beginning of the thread i stated what i wanted which is the wheels , the beam , the brakes , and the gearbox and engine.
coxy stated he wanted the shell with all the panels , glass , trim , interior dash trim , glove box etc , steering wheel and gear lever .
this didn`t leave a lot to entice another buyer on board so i said i wasn`t fussed on the motor .
padraig stepped in for the motor and seats and door panels and anything else no one thought of
johan gets the pedals and rear lights (if they`re there)
kobat gets the wipers and running boards
what way do we split the collection costs ? it`s unfair to kobat and johan to pay a 5th seen as they only bought some small parts
that leaves the costs to those who bought the car , me , coxy and padraig to split 3 ways then yes ?
