Thanks to Coxy and the lads for a great day out. Over 100 cars turned up, the weather held and great food & friendly service in The Cottage made the day complete

I arrived late but what bit of it I got to see what great. Unreal turnout that any show during the year would be proud of.

Great signage too, fair play to the boys at CM signs, I found Loughmore easily

Great show,and a great convoy down.a bit like the drag day there was a great atmosphere with everyone on the same wavelength.fair balls to coxy and all his minions you did a fantastic job well done and thanks.

made it as far as thurles and had to turn back bad misfiring , changed coil and condensor ,cleaned points but no joy, i was down to 20mph up hills, car never gives a problem , ah well that's part of driving old vehicles,, glad you got a good turn out after all the effort you put in coxy..

I think I speak for everyone by saying a HUGH thanks to everybody who organised and worked really hard on making what was simply a brilliant groovy turnout. Some serious array of Vw's today and loads of friendly faces. Hope everyone got home safe and sound.

Absolute wrecked from trying to hold the beetle from blowing away but we got her home. Looking forward to rooting through the goody bag to see what I scored. Thanks again. Here are a few phone photos.

just in the door,left on time but late getting there Am thinking of writing a guide to surviving a day out in a bay, make sure jerry can is full,avoid fields with sheep(they might look all nice and fliffy but they can be vicious) and when she decides last minute to tag along make up an excuse to make sure it doeant happen (not politically correct but oh yeah gale force winds and a bay pushing 70mph is all fun and games til it jumps 4 feet to the right
