Haven't looked at best route yet but possibly via Urlingford ,meeting at Woddies carpark Kilkenny for 9:40 beforehand if there's anyone else

looking at the map, you'll most likely be going Kilkenny > Freshford > Johnstown > Loughmore.
I think I'd be best to go Stradbally > Abbeyleix > Rathdowney > Templemore > Loughmore.

Just a quick note. The turn for Naas is junction 9 and it is before you can actually see the Ball.
