The car drove onto the trailer under its own steam tonight (Barely). Might meet some of the convoys on the road tomorrow hopefully. It's going to be some turnout by the looks of it.

Oh, If anyone has a timing light will they bring it along tomorrow. I'd be very grateful.

Home a couple of hours now and have to say that was absolutely the best fun I've had in a long time :D

Still buzzing after it. Got 11 runs in the 924, fastest being a 17.711 at 77.47mph. My quickest reaction time was 0.156.

Really looking forward to next year and making plans I really can't afford...! Massive thanks to Ben and Dave and everyone involved in the organising and smooth running of the event. And fair fucks to whoever organised the weather, I'm burnt to a crisp!

Forgot to mention the epic battles I enjoyed with Padraig and Trev. Very close together time-wise which really added to the enjoyment. Looking forward to the rematches, next year we're racing for pinks.

Home over an hour now and thanks to Liam & Mick for the banter both ways.

I hadn't planned to race as I didn't think I would make today, and when Johnny Goughs engine died he offered me his palace and thank you, I got 13 laps in. It was a super day and well done to Ben & Dave for all the hard work - 'twas delighted with my award :D

The drag was super, my best was 21.40 with a standard carb and 1500 engine, 1303S box - best reaction time of .10 probably ok for a beginner!

Thanks Dave and Ben for a fantastic Day. This is up there as one of the best events for a long while. Still have a big smile on my face sitting in the passenger seat with Dave doing a 13.4. I think this could be quite addictive.
