colin, is it single or dual piston, if its dual, it should be shut, if its a single then i wouldnt worry too much about it for nowyoull only know if the dv works under load, the idle vaccum is pulling it open, you will draw a small amount of unfiltered air into the intake but i would be worrying, if its a dual then you have a problem.

please remember that this is a motor racing event and will have vehicles moving constantly between pit area and racetrack .

so if you bring children make sure they are supervised at all times .

2. Stewart Horner
3. Emy
4. Greg McDaid
5. Claire McDaid

Any other Eircooled folks from the North West who would like to join. We are having a 7am start leaving Derry....

Thanks once again to CM Signs in Tipperary for supporting Eircooled and the drag day by providing the sign writing on the "slowest car" trophy. Fair play to the lads, they're neck deep in the aircooled scene in Ireland and always step up to support it whenever the call goes out. Credit where it's due :)

I'm planning on meeting Duts at noon in Portlaoise and heading on from there. Any use to you?

Which route are ye taking from there, into Dublin/M50 and up the M1? Might plan to meet ye enroute if I can.

Edit: actually, thinking about it, a rendezvous in Dublin might suit a share of peeps i.e. those travelling from Cork, Limerick, Dublin(!), I dunno, how about the Ikea car park at some stage?
