I've just been talking to Brian about the club providing the food and drinks etc. for the workshop. Also, if you have any other expenses related to the weekend then I'll settle up with you when we're there. I have a friend who is a butcher so I can pick up all the burgers/sausages etc. One question, do you have a BBQ? I can pick up some beer too.
Brian said that he would bring the gazebo up to Dublin next week if needs be.... what do you think? will we need it?
