I have the original logbook that was still in the last owners name(not hers),dont think it was ever in her name all the time she had it!Will be asking the Gard tomorrow that very question Tim,if its still there that is!

Dont know what it was recorded as when I made my statement,but it had been awol til today,by the looks of the background pics still in her posession!

if she applied for a new log book it would have to be in her name, otherwise they would have posted it out to the last registered owner. How come you didn't get the original book switched to your name asap?

I know that the previous owner got a letter from Shannon to see if the bus was still in his name or not but he was away and there was only 10 days to contest it.The form would still have to be stamped bu the gards in the station so how they missed it I dont know!
