Change of plan on the BBQ. After discussion with the relevant health autorities it has been decided that people should not bring their own food.

There will be some lovely big fat juicy hamburgers, some seriously good baps (go on the ladies), and some special swap meet sauce (ketchup mixed with mayonaise and traces of engine oil). There will also be Coke and water.

If yer a veggie or whatever then bring some tofu and sit on yer own in the corner.

No charge for this - it is on the sponsors including the club - but it would be very helpful if people keep the above list going so as we get an idea for numbers.

More updates. Mary has a pig roasting BBQ at her house and if anyone wants to bring a pig she will happily roast it (I'm serious).

The weather forecast is for a very good start to the day followed by slightly duller weather after dark. No rain predicted for Galway as yet.

Is there any convoy from the Limerick direction on Saturday morning? I'm heading to Limerick on Friday and onwards to Galway from there.

If the weather is good on Friday I'll be in the van for the weekend so would be up for hanging around for a few beers on Saturday night if it's a goer. If the weather is pissy on Friday I'll be in the Corolla for the weekend and will be heading back to Limerick on Saturday evening...
