AGM - POSTPONED - New date: March 3rd 2013.

The people have spoken and it has been decided to postpone this year's AGM scheduled for Dec 30th 2012.

The new date for the AGM is Sunday March 3rd 2013 - venue TBC.

Agh balls was going to book today now i'm all dissappointed! then again i didn't like to look of the list that was going anyway!!!!
 
who decided march 3rd as the new date ? surely late march would be more likely to warmer, drier etc ? can we have a new poll please :p

There are 5 Sundays in March, three are booked out already (St. Patrick's Day, Volksworld show and Easter). That leaves the 3rd and 10th.

FWIW 10th suits me better. Flip that coin again. :p
 
If ye want to combine this with a swapmeet I can provide everything a hotel provides except accommodation. We have parking, shelter, food, a boardroom (holds about 25), wifi, etc. Naas is 5 mins away for hotels if desired. If everyone attending chipped in a fiver I could organise professional catering rather than just burgers. Or I could ask the sellers to sponsor the food? Up to ye. The new date was when I had a swap meet pencilled in anyways. All I'd ask is leave the session for later in Naas. Doubt our insurance covers boozing :-)
