Lads if yer doing this on the 2nd or 3rd March will you just make a decision and let me know. VWBeetle1500 and I will get it organised this end. If not pick another date and I'll get it done. If ye don't want it here I'll get over it.
My suggestion is AGM, swap meet, catering at cost price to club, leave cars in warehouse overnight, mini-bus to Naas (10 mins), pints, hotel, mini-bus back next day to get yer cars and feck off. Up to ye.
Or Mikey suggests ye may prefer the AGM the second day - if so swap meet 2nd, AGM 3rd. I don't mind.

As Ruari has said he will offer his place for the venue - I've offered him my help to make this happen, if club members want it there. It is a great venue with access to the M7 & 20 minutes from the M50, it is also a cheaper alternative for the club.
I for one would be happy with the suggestion of Ruari's premises for the AGM and swapmeet. Unfortunately I probably wouldn't be able to do an overnight even though I'd like to. Personally, I would prefer if both events happened on the same day. Swapmeet in the morning, bit o' grub, AGM, home.
If anyone did want to overnight the night before (2nd) they could drop their cars into Ruari's and still have a good session in Naas, then as Trev says those who can't do that can enjoy "Sunday: Swapmeet in the morning, bit o' grub, AGM, home".
Tony it will be the 3rd of March as the above title, venue I presume has to be decided or maybe Coxy
has agreed with the Hodson Bay Hotel about moving the date to the 3rd. I'm sure directions can be given
for the venue closer to the date.
We only have a month to the AGM - so a decision will have to be made soon.
