VAGE in Fermoy is coming up in a few short weeks, we should be able to pull a good Eircooled crowd together for that. there was a mention of camping on the Saturday too. ;)

someone suggested on saturday while we were putting up the tent that you could nearly get a beetle in there, so we had to try...

i think keith has ordered a similar tent for his car :)

Just to add to what was said about the weekend, thanks again to Mac and Michelle for the hospitality, arrived late saturday just in time for the food which was sweet. Thanks to Keith's wife Ciara for giving us a hand with the tent and to everyone else for the moral support while we set it up!!!
Congrats to all the show winners, standards are very high now.
Really enjoyed the whole day, great laughing and messing yet again, look forward to the next one already.

Well what a weekend, amazing! Just got back today after heading up to my sister in Clare after the show. The bus made it all the way!... happy days. My bodge job on the accelerator pedal lasted all the way too.
A big thank you to Mac and Michelle, you really laid on a great night for us all, much appreciated. It was great to get a chance to put some more faces to names and chill out with a few drinks, good food and chat about VW's.... it doesn't get much better than that.
Also to see some cracking cars and vans. Everyone has mentioned the obvious ones but one of the highlights for me was the Dollery's Bay with the 1.9TDi. I don't think I've seen workmanship like it, both with the heart transplant and Teresa's interior work, amazing. I took a few pics of it with Liam's camera, maybe he'll post them up later. Nigal's Kubelwagon was outstanding too, can't wait to see it around, hopefully it'll make it to a Dublin meet in the not too distant future. Some great stuff from the Munster Mafia too, love the pickup Mac and the Oval Brian.... I'm too jealous to mention Liams new addition.... grrrr.

Can't wait for next year!!!!

Don't want to repeat all that's been said already, but thanks to all who put the effort in this weekend :D

Run was a blast, the show and chatting were great and like that, good to meet people in person (Hugo and Aidan :)).

Congrats to the munster mafia, ye're becoming a force to be reckoned with. Your bus is stunning Liam, ye cute hoor...

Special thanks to Ciara who single-handedly is the reason that my young one is refusing to sleep in anything but a tent these days...you've the patience of a saint...
She had a ball running around Macs lawn, loved all the VW excitement and I literally had to drag her away... :D
I'll throw a few more pics up in a bit
