as long as the vinyl inst covering a blad of rust or holding the whole car together

I suppose when you're not into aircooled stuff you have no real barometer of rarity. They wouldn't be too bad only for they're 14's and 14's haven't looked good on a beetle since the eighties. Best thing for those wheels (if the centrebore allows it) would be to redrill them for 4x100 and fit them to a Polo or something.
