I was onto the Hotel today again

The deal is were heading down 5-6pm on the evening of the first of Janruary
If people are still not legally allowed drive they can come along later
The AGM is on at 1pm on the 2nd followed by a bit of nosh
Its €85 for a twin/double room
and €65 for single room
This rates include full Irish Breakfast plus use of the leisure, pool & hydrology facilities.
I need to finalise things w2ith hotel on Monday so don't ring to book just yet.
First item on the agenda is looking for some people to do a bit around the place .......

having read all the comments there seams to be for and against may i ask this why does the agm have to be on these dates ??
why not say some date in feb that way all the partying /holidays etc will be over all should have a clear head and dryied out

This was well discussed and argued before and durin the last agm Tony. Ya'll never get a date to suit everyone and seems that most is off around xmas so.......
As Duts has said above, it has been suggested by a few people (myself included) that it should be moved to a little later in the year, but when it comes down to a vote, it stays at the first weekend in January.
