Think this thread has just about summed up how ridiculous a winter AGM is. Most people either won't or can't drive their VW's to it. I know that to some of ye I'm still a relative newbie to the club and it's been a tradition to have it at the beginning of Jan for a long time now bit I think a definite vote is needed at this one about future events.

I agree. I'd like to come to an AGM where I can really enjoy the Irish countryside and maybe camp on the way to and from it. Maybe do some fishing or catch a ride on a narrowboat.
