This is a great day for everyone, especially the kids. The idea behind this day is that those kids who have been to Barrettstown over the years can come back and enjoy a family fun day with their friends and family. There's lots to do and lots of yummy food!!!!
Last year one of the circus companies brought down and set up their big tent and had a number of shows going on, there was a hot air balloon display archery and canoeing to name but a few. Trev, Tracy, Deckie & Brian brought their families and really enjoyed it. We are encouraged to join in so don't be worried that we'll be left standing around for the day.......I guarantee you that you will not be bored.
Barrettstown has become our charity of choice and as such it would be fantastic if we could show our support to this wonderful place by being there with our own display. There won't be any other clubs there so it's quite an honour to have been asked.
So, what about it guys and gals, can we put an effort in and have a display we can be proud of and one that will add to the day for the kids and families?

Bernie needs to have an idea of numbers during the week so if you can add your names to the list that would be great. Last year we made a donation to Barretstown and we would love to do the same this year.
It's a great way to spend an afternoon VWing and at the same time you can collect brownie points by spending it with your family
