Just to clarify that ... he doesn't drive it back, he brings it back with a car transporter lorry, it literally only need to be able to drive up on the truck.

He charged me €500, but that included delivery by large truck to Ireland and then flatbed to Galway. I'd have no problem going with him again.

Only joking! ... i did collect mine in Dublin to prevent it being parked in an Ind Est over night, the original price was €430 which he reduced it to €400 when i collected, and it was only last year .. reduced recessionary rates and all that!!!

I emailed the details, paid by laser over the phone and my car was delivered to Ringaskiddy (at my request) a week later,

All for €299 + VAT.

Any issue with 'slammed' vehicles ? gettin it on the truck etc.

Not that I know of, mine was low but not slammed.

They don't tell the drivers anything it seems, and this lack of communication leads to problems.

There was thousands of them things sold here & about 2 of them left now. (nice mustard colored one round cork city) I think they melt after 2 years in this climate. Very cool looking machine.
