I dunno, doesn't it look like a '68- '71 1200A beetle? blade bumpers, '60s tail lamps, unpadded dash, small headliner, one vent in the dash, not three, no "crescent" vents in the sides. Steering wheel is wrong though, for a '69, isn't it?

I agree but the half moon vents only came in 1971 so a 69 would not have them................oh jaysus, trainspotter moment :wallbash:

it has the pressings in the rear quarters but no vents, I suppose the same is true for above?

if it is a 71 or later model then it's definitely a 1200A "Sparkafer", as opposed to a 1200L "deluxe" model.
