this car is now for sale as-is as an unfinished project. I have ordered some parts for it which I will fit and I have a few small jobs to finish before letting it go. There will be a 1200 engine fitted. It will need a small amount of welding and very small amount of paint.

I've just lost heart in it :(

So, it's a nice looking beetle with a very nice interior, nice alloys, stock height suspension, front disk brakes, 4 new wings, good doors, good floors, new running boards, tinted rear windows, new rubbers throughout etc etc etc...

I've put a lot of work and parts into it since I got it, I'm looking for €1500 or very near offer. It's not a lot of money for a lot of beetle :)

If there's no interest in the next few days I'm going to take my chances on Ebay ;)

rear left bumper bracket, left side engine bay "shelf". Genuine VW shelf panel included with car. I might get around to doing it myself before the sale. Depends how busy I am. :)

Any inspection welcome, the car is in Stradbally. Co. Laois.

after being shafted on Ebay by a non-existant member, I'm now going to let this bug go for €1000 with stock steel wheels, 4 wheel drum brakes, 1200 engine and whatever is currently stuck to the car. (i.e. the pile of parts I had bought for it are no longer going with it) If there is anything really obviously missing from the car upon collection I'll include it in the sale. That can be hammered out at the time...

I've done nothing to it in the last month or so due to a small work-related VW project and I need the garage space for the next project.

Roll up roll up ;)
