Barretstown 2015

I'd say head on into Barretstown. If there are some newbies who want to come along and aren't sure how to get there we can meet in Ballymore Eustace but let us know before tomorrow afternoon.
Anyone else? There are lots of members in the surrounding Laois, Kildare, Wicklow, Kilkenny and Dublin areas........where are you guys?
If nothing else it's a great excuse to take your pride & joy for a drive
We are also making a donation to Barretstown on the night from Eircooled so why not come along and show your support of our nominated charity.

It might be better to meet in Ballymore and then we all arrive together. I can never remember which gate to go in...Old age..
I was talking to John (Barretstown) last night and told him we're planning to be there for 7pm and he said that's perfect timing and they'll have the kids ready for just after that time.

Just in the door. The Bus is locked up, I'm having a cuppa and still laughing at Trev because he did everything possible to flip his Bay
It was one of the best ones we've done. The kids were in flying form, the staff were wired to the f@@king moon and the rain held off
It was great to meet Deckie's friend Enda who came along in a sweet, mostly original Renault...........every time I looked over I saw Enda flying around the grounds and he was hanging out the window screaming louder than the kids themselves
We didn't make the donation as we're going to wait until the next disco run in August.
I'll get pics up tomorrow.

Have to echo Coxy's comments. Was the best evening ever.
Everyone was on top form.
We created an extended route
Some kids got a couple of spins around the route.
i drove some of the lads to the disco ......thankfuly the paparazzi weren't around
Hugh my son had a ball. 2 of the staff brought him for a round of crazy golf then to the lego room.
He didnt want to leave
I only took 2 photos
Oh ye. The smokey bay failed and needed a bit of fettle

Terrific night... Having so many kids meant we were able to indulge our childish selves tearing around the place.
Mind you some were more adventurous than others..
One of the highlights of the evening was Deckie's young lad,Hugh, displaying his amazing knowledge of colours...

Weather turned on the way home but after such a great night you're not going to give a shit about heavy rain ........well, until the rain pissed in the safari windows ..........those things are not for our climate

As a thank you for bringing the kids around we were all given Barretstown t-shirts which were excellent quality shirts made by Hollister or Abercrombie & Fitch t-shirts depending on which size and colour you picked..........sadly they didn't have magenta did they Deckie????
