If a cylinder wasnt firing you'd think ya may notice a little.
He used to have something like giving it a alledged 50 bhp extra.
So take the extra and remove a 1/4 its nearly back to stock

Engine is supposed to have been reconditioned but has an oil leak after the clutch was replaced?.
Dunno porkies of engine recon or gearbox seal gone.

10000 euros for a 1303 . i dont care how well it was restored it is never worth that
