Wanted: AMG Alloys

you are just thick coz i don't want any of your overpriced and tacky porsche alloys :aggressive:
as far as i can see the amg alloys just bolt straight on (which is always handy with wheels) and they look great

as far as I know (which mightn't be as far as you
) the AMG wheels intended for Mercs need their lug holes drilled out to 14mm (they're 12mm stock) and you might need longer studs/bolts on your T3 hubs. Just a heads up in case you thought it was a true "bolt-on" fix
Thanks dude – I’ve looked into this and according to http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/VehicleSpecific/T3/info/mods/alloys/altwhls.htm - some Mercs were 12mm and some were 14mm – so yeah – ideally I’d prefer 14mm – keep it truly bolt on.

Sometimes Glenn has a few Merc alloys for sale and theres always a good selection of Audi rims too! Polished too! I picked up a set of 17inch S3 replicas for €400 with good tyres for a mates T4 and another mate sold his golf OEM rims for 4 and picked up 100miles old 18inch S3 rep for 750, so they only stood him 350!!

drilling them out from 12mm to 14mm is easy once the centre bore is right
