On a serious note...take everything you need off it for the convertible and when thats done sell it off for someone else to restore if you don't want to cut it up!

I change my mind about this at least twice daily, so i'm going to dwell on it for a while before doing anything drastic!

EDIT: Just thought of a third option ....

Would agree, Anything can be fixed never too far gone. Just costs more parts and labour.
