which way do you go? through Hospital or down the Kilmallock road and then on to Mitchelstown? You'd know the directions better than I would so you tell me and I'll meet ye. I presume if we met at 9 on the outskirts of Limerick we'd be in Mitchelstown for 10?
Trev I will be heading down through Hospital, Last year we meet up on the Tipp road just past the large junction on the way out of Limerick. Don't know what that junction is call.but maybe someone else does, 9.00 is fine with me.
shall we say just after the junction for the motorway on the Tipperary road? There's a good hard shoulder section there where you used to go through Ballysimon we could stop and wait for the stragglers to arrive.

As we need to get to Mitchelstown for 10am to meet the rest of the convoys, we are now going to meet people enroute on the motorway and not in Cahir or Motherhubbards in Cashel as the “VW Chitchat” will hold us up, we'll keep that till Fermoy and hold everyone up.
THE DON has advised me of the new timetable:
Timetable of Convoy from Thurles.
Meeting in Thurles between 8.30am and 9am, Town Centre
Departing Thurles at 9am sharp
Cashel Motorway exits or lay-by will be the next pickup point between 9.15am/9.20am
Cahir Motorway exits or lay-by will be the next pickup point between 9.25am/9.40am
Mitchelstown by 10am
If any-one from Dublin or anywhere else are travelling and want to join at any of these points feel free and give 10mins either side of above times just for late arrivers. (Eddie Cotter)
p.s. I have also just been advised by THE DON that any late arrivers will be bitch slapped "up side the head" with his leather glove....
