[For Sale: Car] One old Merc

Hello all,

Disclaimer: ***This is not an air cooled vehicle!***

This old Merc spent most of its life as a funeral car. More recently, it's cameoed as a wedding car. Even more recently, it's sat quietly in a garage.

It belonged to my dads family and has since made it's way to my parents garage. It's time to say goodbye. The interior is in fairly good condition. Mechanically, it's all there but more than a bit stiff. I seem to remember someone saying the main thing to be sorted would be the clutch. Bodywise, it's fairly good, not about to fall apart. The doors are a touch seized up, but it does have a nice 8 track!

Basically, any near reasonable offer would be accepted (possibly any offer).

The cars in south Meath. We could sort viewings for any weekend.

Maybe one of ye know someone who'd be interested, maybe not!

I should say huge preference would go to someone who wasn't going to take it for scrap. I'd prefer people came to see it before making a solid offer, I don't want to lead anyone on.
(We do need to hunt down the log book!)

I've been looking at these for years, on an off, even made 2trips to UK plus I've bought new wheels already for one an decided not to get the car. I had wanted one for my wedding. As soon as my house is finished I'll be on the hunt again!
