leaving Portlaoise area 12 noon
passing J14 Mayfield services 12.30ish
lunch stop @ Lusk Services M1 1.30ish-2.30
passing Castlebellend services about 3ish
passing through Newry about 3.30ish
Downpatrick for 4.30-5ish

all times approximate as you'd expect ;)
