I have a family commitment so much to my disappointment I cannot make it.

Milford Hospice Harvest Fair 2009

The Milford Hospice Harvest Fair will take place on Sunday August 30th in the grounds of the old Dell Factory in Castletroy (Unigolf Premises) just another kilometer beyond Milford Hospice.

This site provides us with the necessary space and hard surface to ensure that all of the elements that have made the Fair such a success over the past 23 years can continue, irrespective of weather conditions.

We will have over 10,000 sq.ft. of a tented village with something for everyone from the kiddies Corner, Bric – a – Brac, Fancy Goods, Clothes, Toys, Cakes, Bottles, Books, Groceries etc. The Fair will have a large display of Vintage engines, Tractors, Old army tanks etc; over 100 Classic Cars and memorabilia from another era in our history

The organisers of the 2009 Milford Hospice Harvest Fair have said that this year's event will be one of the most crucial to date, as the recession continues to place pressure on fundraising. This event is the largest Fundraising event of the year for Milford Hospice and your support is a very much appreciated.

This year we are appealing direct to you as we need your assistance.

You can help by:

1) Attending yourself and bringing your family, encouraging friends and
neighbours to attend
2) In supporting us in raising funds through selling Raffle tickets, even if it
is only one book!
3) Providing goods for our various stalls and asking your friends to do the
same
4) In forwarding this email to as many people as you can to help boost
attendances

By passing this email on to your friends you are helping us to deliver a wonderful fair.

11am is when most classic cars start to arrive so aim for that if possible. Up to 12 would be ok but after that you will be struggling to find a parking spot.
