Hey everyone,

From South Africa, been here 4 years now eager to get back into the scene.

2 questions,

Any 1303s available on the forum?

Is there any community garage or workshop space to work on the bugs?

See attached pics of my 1966 sunroof bug, restomod, Type 4 powered. unfortunately had to sell it back home.

Thanks

Eugene

I don’t know if any good 1303 Beetles for sale at the moment. They don’t pop up too often.

Thanks guys

Is it possible to drive one over from the UK?
Is it still worth it after Brexit?
It's possible but it's more of a faff than before. I haven't imported anything lately so I'm not one to advise but all I do know is that it's not as straightforward as it once was which is a shame. I'd certainly be interested to hear how you get on if you go down that route.
