Athy is actually closest to me, followed by Portlaoise, Carlow, Monasterevin, Newbridge, Naas.

Saying that though, I feel Portlaoise or Newbridge can offer the most in terms of eateries, things to do. I reckon Portlaoise would be more accessible for the Northern chapter of the Munster Mafia so I'm going to stick with Portlaoise.

But since I can't make the first one on the 20th July this is all pie-in-the-sky. I reckon PJ's Poll is the best way to gather the popular opinion.
