My mobile number is on the online application form (or the downloadable PDF maybe). I get about a call a week from someone looking for their membership number.

Two options here - if ye need help with the membership database I can help. Otherwise can someone take down my number?

Ok maybe not a call a week - but one a month anyway!! Not a big deal - I just tell them "Your number is 10786, you are welcome, enjoy being insured" and hang up - but thank you for taking it down Justin.
