Headed down to this today. Pretty good day but we were there WAY too early and left while people were still even coming. Quite a few v-dubs. Good to meet Pj inside and Rocky just as we were heading off.

I was at this. I was going to make a video but the battery was flat in the camera. There was a good turn out of aircooled stuff at it.

and my old peep mirrors, and I gave him a lend of the bumpers til he gets his own ones and the suitcase is mine too. And if you look inside, you'll see a radio I gave him!

Nice to see another Derby on the road. Including mine, that's only three that I know of on the road. There are a few more in sheds/fields that I know of though.

I'd prefer working with the stock arches too but he put a lot of work into those ones to cover the Weller wheels he had, don't know why he hasn't got the Wellers on the front too, he has four of them.

and yep, those Peeps are from GZR560 ;)

We had that for a while years ago when it was a prize from Budweiser. My Dad was a rep for Guinness and at the time they were giving two cars away as prizes so they were kept at our house so we could bring them to pubs where the promotions were on. I'll dig out some pics and scan them. They were cool cars, the other one used to fire up on its own and frighten the shit out of my Mother because it would rattle the entire house. They could barely fit in through the gates but the 57 Chevy Budweiser gave away after that was even harder to try and get in the gates.

In fact, that's him right there passing the camera with his shades on his head. Pat Bolger, some of you will know him. Wizard at spray painting, see Darragh's split bus for evidence :)

Really nice guy Pat. I knew him from the old Southern Volks Folks. He built the yellow chop top that Padraig then owned for a while. He called to my place last year.......which reminds me, I said I'd get the old Budweiser posters for him!
