Here Comes the Sun - Shankill Castle Kilkenny - 23rd April 2023

Following on from last year's success, "Here Comes the Sun" returns to Shankill Castle, Paulstown, Co. Kilkenny on Sunday April 23rd.

This is more like a coffee morning than a full show. We'll gather in the beautiful surroundings of Shankill Castle, grab Coffee and Cake and after a few hours will head off for a short spin.

Details:
* We will need to use the side entrance which is 1/2 a km up the road from the main entrance (follow these co-ordinates)

* Gates will open around 10:00 for anyone who wants to arrive early. Coffee served from 11:00
* Entry to the Castle grounds is €6.50 per person which will include regular tea/coffee and selected Cake.
* Space for regular cars will be limited inside so anyone bring trailers should leave them at the school car park just opposite the main entrance.

This year after we leave the Castle Grounds we will cruise in convoy to a local Cars & Coffee meet (approx 10 mins away) who are eagerly looking forward to us arriving as a spectacle. (Hot food for lunch can be got here)

Thanks to everyone who made it today. I think we had about 30 cars/vans in total.
The sun shone throughout and the convoy was great craic as always. If anyone took pics please throw some up because I didn't get a chance myself.
