Seems like a very inexpensive race car. If I were in Ireland more often I'd bite the hand off ya to buy that. Best wishes for a quick sale. Where do you race when you do? I'd like to see a FV race some day while I'm over.

What about a Team Eircooled entry into the Formula Vee championship - this is only a pie in the sky idea as I'm not sure of the rules of the formula, but could a group of lads own a car and switch drivers throughout the season?

Everyone would have to have a licence, but apart from that you could share a car

Thats a cheap way to get into motorsport all right, my uncle builds them, has done since the 70's, they run balljoint beams, punto discs machined to suit spindles, 1600 motors with very little tuning, more blueprinting, old webbers! Basic enough but cheap racing to get you going!!! UK series use tuned 1300s and is far more Tech thus costs go up! Theres guys over there using 'Sheane' chassis's too!

Anton Savage started out in a Sheane Formula Vee!!! Now he's in Sheane Rovers!!!

Share drives never work!!!!

Heck I've watched 2 of the 3 parts and would love to do this! I'm too lod and too fat to be competitive but i'd sure give it a go. How long is the season and what other tracks in Ireland do you run?

Believe me Britt, your not too old or too fat! They race Mondello, Kirkistown (up norf!!) and Pembry in Wales AFAIK!

Running of the car isnt much I'd imagine, if you do the work yourself, entry and practice fees are where the main cost comes from!
