Eircooled AGM 2020 - Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th March

Hi all

Our AGM is happening in March and we would love you all to attend. The AGM is held on the Sunday but many of us go to the hotel on the Saturday night and enjoy some food, a few beverages and lots of laughs so come one come all. It's also a great way to get to know people in your club as well as getting reacquainted with friends and club-mates you may not have seen for a long time.

This is YOUR CLUB, YOUR AGM and YOUR OPPORTUNITY to have your say and get involved in YOUR CLUB!


Location & Dates:

• Killeshin Hotel, Portlaoise
• Accommodation & Drinks: Saturday March 7th 2020
• AGM & Club Lunch: Sunday March 8th 2020

• Twin/Double room Bed and Breakfast €120
• Single room Bed and Breakfast €95.00

Sunday:

• Lunch: 1pm in the Cedar Room
• AGM: 2:30pm in Meeting Room 5

The lunch is free for all paid members or those joining on the day. This is a super opportunity to get to know your fellow VW enthusiasts in a very relaxed atmosphere so don't be shy, this is for everyone.

More to the point Sunday is the kildare meet up at J14 M7 so may be bring your VW to J14 for 10am then head to lunch for 1PM in convoy??
