Coffee + donuts meeting in Carrigaline Cork

Been thinking on how to improve on the coffee & donuts meet for next year(s) as I would love to double (triple!) the turnout. Here some thoughts:
- I'll set the date earlier to give people more advanced notice. It will be a Saturday end of May 2015 rather than a day in June when people
- We'll try to make access to the rear garden available for the cars; we should be able to park 6-7 cars on the gras
- Music?
- Extend invite to other forums such as T2 Ireland / VAG etc.
All suggestions very welcome. And regarding the donuts; Tim Hortons donuts are apparently no longer available in SPARs as I found out on Saturday morning to great disappointment. So the donuts were supplied instead by Marks & Spencers...

Yep, May is good but isn't Limerick usually on that weekend?
I think people are a bit cautious of inviting others to your home, so there's no word-of-mouth or extended invites, and only people that have spoken to you directly will arrive on the day. That's not a bad thing IMHO...

I'd only be inviting people I know into my house. Offering invites on other forums isn't such a good thing IMHO. A Saturday is always good for a coffee & donuts meeting.....................just check with Tony to make sure he hasn't any family functions on
