So is it any good? it it worth buying? are the front wings in good condition? why has it not sold yet? its been for sale nearly since he bought it so what wrong with it?

Is it worth buying,................. probably worth buying for someone, but at what price. Thats a how long is a piece of string question.

If you have loads of money to throw at a car, then any car is worth buying if its rare enough. And it is rare. I didn,t look at it in depth.

And I,ve no doubt if you did, you,d find work to do. If it was in great body condition, I reckon plenty of in depth pics would be up on ebay,

which they are not. But maybe a contact with the seller would reveal some more pics of better detail. Nice car all the same, and I always thought they

were more comfortable on the road than the later 70,s ones. We had four or five in the family down through the years, and I,d pick one of these above a later one.

There was one in Galway a few months back needing a full resto, 500 yo yo's, but its a later one than this.

Anybody had a good look at it?

I looked at it before Ben bought it and it was rough then, restorable but rough. It's not worth anything like the price the seller is asking. It has the plastic that was put on in 1965 by a Dublin based company which is nice but is cracking now.
The first owner held onto it for 3yrs then the second owner kept it until a few yrs ago. It was parked nose out of a barn which is why the front is kippered.
Sadly I think it will be sold out of Ireland which is a shame as there are fupp all early T3s about. He hasn't tried to advertise it on any site in Ireland AFAIK so he is clearly aiming at the UK market. It wouldn't pass an MOT as it stands.

Would I buy it? Yeah, if I had a spare €1,500-€2,000 which is what I think it's worth at the most but you'd have to park it up until you could afford to get it on the road and I don't think it ran too well but I'm open to correction. I'd love to see it stay here but I doubt it will. Maybe Dillon will buy it for his museaueuaueaueaum :p
