The guy selling the LHD one never says whether its registered here and if not how much it will cost to register it. Someone will get hit with a nice bill if they buy it unregistered. VRT now add in back fees if they feel the car was in the country any length of time and can prove it plus they work the figure out on a presumed market value and charge you 30%

Only if it is done the other way round; wheel first blasted and then primered for 50 euro a piece is decent enough if it's striaght. I normally already pay over 30 a wheel for blasting and primering.
