three weeks after saying I was going to call that chap I got around to it! He still had the NOS lamp and while I was onto him I asked had he any other VW parts. He's a BMC man himself and bought the VW parts in a job-lot to get the BMC parts. Anyway, he had a NOS exhaust for a diesel mk1 golf and a NOS exhaust for a diesel mk1 Jetta. I took the lot! When I went to meet him, he threw in a new (aftermarket) door handle for a mk1 Golf too :)

nice score ! you`re lucky he hadn`t the stuff listed under mk1 vw parts or i doubt they`d have still been around 3 week later ;)
