It's amazing what things went for, presume it's all relevant to it's day.
Amazing what was scrapped too.
One of my familys Freind owns a prominent scrapyard in Dublin since the 60's. Got chatting to the owner the other day. Was checking if he had any Volkswagens. He didn't.
But has a shed full of Morris Minors all irish regged. They need work but very do able. Wouldn't mind a go at one.
I've always wondered if you work in the gardai or Shannon motor section, can you find cars of say '55?
Or do these cars go off the system.

mick, pulse is not really great at finding old reg numbers. if they "fell" off the revenue system, ie, not been taxed for yonks, the will likley not appear on the cop system. i ran some really old reg numbers and all i got was " no record exist". a quick word with the tax office showed the reg on their sysetm, just not active in for years, assumed scrapped etc.
