3rd VW Spares Barn, Bugs and Wags October 27th and 28th 2012 Castledermot, Kildare

Couldnt get there after all today (sick 2 yr old during the night) then herself wasnt feeling well and had a migraine this morning.
On the plus side i have enough time to fix up and be able to drive my beetle to the next one
 
Had a great afternoon down in castledermot today. Put a few faces to names talked a lot of shite and ate a few tasty burgers. Thanks to vwspares.ie for putting on a great show :)
 
I was well impressed with the turnout at VW Spares today. Hats off to everyone involved for a great show.

Loved the lowered black Beetle outside the door but couldn't keep my eyes off the 1300 '67 Beetle half way down the shed on the right.

As a new commer to Air cooled motors and Beetles I was like a kid in a sweet shop.
 
Myself and Aoife really enjoyed this, even if we were both a bit delicate this morning. And my award is getting its home on the dashboard of the T25 when I get it running! Feckers! :D

What was Coxy's award for anyway? I missed the first bit of Brians speech.

Thanks to all concerned with the organisation/food etc. My face is well burnt from that heater last night.

Wasn't expecting to be taking a trophy home!!!

Great weekend had... Many thanks again to Jon, Jackie and crew. Delighted to have won prize for the minibus. A hugh thanks to all :-)
 
Thanks to Jon an Jackie for an great night again this year and to Brian for providing the tunes. Unfortunatly I had to rush off early Sunday morning so couldn't hang around for the show. Thanks again.

Is that is for 2012? Roll on 2013!
