I'm going to need a van soon so I want to pick a T25 up if I can for reasonable money. Im not looking for a mint condition van with 5000 miles on the clock. I just need an old beater for cheap money and Im testing the water now to see whats out there.

(And I'm keeping the MG as my daily runner before anyone asks!)

Trust me, Britt. If we got a T25 in as a trade in here, I'd be driving it home that evening! I have never come across a T25 coming in as a trade in. I dont even know when the last time was that I saw a T25 panel van. Theyre as rare as rocking horse shit.

For the right price I might consider a petrol one but I dont want to pay more than €1000 As I said Im just testing the waters now to see how much I need to pay. I dont exactly have money waiting but I will need a van in a while and I aint buying a transit!

Yeah I cant afford to be pouring more petrol down the drain! €30 of juice! Feckin' hell! Such a nuisance! Ah well you live and learn. I'll know in future to recheck that all the seals are on the right side of what theyre supposed to be sealing in future. Theres a few vans on volksworld but theyre all passenger vehicles or campers (High VRT for one and high price for the other). Theres one or 2 panel vans but Id rather just get one in Ireland instead of going through all this hassle of importing one. I might if it was in Northern Ireland.

I would love that V8 van but my budget can't stretch that far (yet!). It really has to be less than €1000 for me to be able to get it. Even €1000 is a bit much right now.

its was 1200 sterling when i bought it, but it needed body work, and engine work (value seals, but once i took the head off i decided to replace the whole thing with a new head)

diesel vans don't come cheap, especially the TD's
