Vinyls aren't heavy enough Brian,as in they are big in size taking up room on the bar but not a lot of weight for the size.thanks for checking though mate.

I was greasing my beam the other night :rofl: and giving the front beam a general poke and a clean at the weekend. Leaning in on your side with both arms up and doing work is a serious workout, it's a right stress position on the upper back and shoulders!
