You could make one from an old gearshift with all that stick and gaiter stuff removed.

Justin, the gearshift pattern is weird in the T25. It's like this...

I do know when I think about it, but it's trying to remember when I'm driving, and besides I want a stock one to replace the yoke that looks like a doorknob that's in the van at the moment.
