[Wanted: Parts] VW Gearbox

Looking for a gearbox to suit a Type 1 engine. Primarily need it for sizing and working out dimensions/clearances so not that fussed what car it's from. Condition not all that important so ideally cheap.

Having said that, a good condition one with handy ratios (i.e. suitable for a 1.6 and up) might be useful too as it would always find a home in a future project.

What have you got?

Are you under pressure to get it to you because I could probably get it to you but it might be two weeks or so?

it's got axles and drums attached too BTW, so there's a chance not everyone could fit it in the back of their motor. Pete might be able to oblige?
