I'd say it's fine to post Tony - plenty of people put links to stuff for sale that might be relevant to most people on here in this part of the site.

I reckon it was the links that might not be as relevant to everyone, or the just posting a link with no explanation of what it leads to that there was a bit of giving out about, but they're fine in your own 'links' thread - it's turning into quite a good resource at this stage
