Welcome to Eircooled
Our Ethos is simple; We promote, maintain, and encourage the use of classic aircooled vehicles. We run the club in an open, inclusive, and democratic environment. We encourage all members to have an equal say and part to play in the club.
The concept is cool but would you want to go that fast in a bay, would you die?probably!!
It's Funny how some of thes guys put so mch effort into the mechanics of these things and they end up looking totally mank
I can understand uprating the brakes and suspension wouldnt be too difficult relatively speaking, but you'd have to upgrade the steering as well, and thats the bit I cant figure out. How could you put decent steering in a bay?
It's only a half conversion really, if your centre pin or balljoints are worn it won't make any difference, and replacing them along with a decent steering box would probably be as good.
