Just home now. Had a great night. 7 beetles showed up. Grabbed some posh grub in le cafe Supre-mac followed by an after dark cruise. Lost Pj as we left Thurles somehow. Pj, are you still alive? We returned to the main square after you disappeared hoping you'd return there after you lost us but you never showed. Fair play for making the trek across.
Its crap that the nights are closing in so early. We'll still have to do this again soon.

To make a long story short, I went out the Roscrea road thinking the lads had gone that way and turned around at the carpark and then went up to the top of the town and out a side road trying to catch up, although I hadn't a clue what road you had gone. I ended up in some small town, I can't remember the name of it,(I think it begins with an L) then I turned around and ended up at some creamery! I went back into Thurles thinking the lads would be back. There was no sign of them so I headed for home. I met 2 Beetles out the road, I think they were Beag and Gritz's yellow Baja, followed them into Thurles and lost them. Then I came home via Templemore/Roscrea.

Good old night all the same!

Thanks again to all who turned up. We had 7 beetles on the road. Met up in a Carpark in town, went for a bite to eat and a wee bit of a cruise...

Have pics will try and get them up later. We also had a new Tipp member turn up in his bug, so he has been pointed in the direction of Eircooled as well..

** PJ we will have to tie a rope to your car next time we are going for a spin so you can't go wrong !!
