T4 gearbox

looking for a gearbox for 99 T4 transporter 1.9 , i'm told the 2.4 is the same, not sure, any help would be great, thinking of heading to France in it this year, diff is fecked in the one I have :sos:

do a search for van parts direct in northern ireland, great selection of parts and will courier it to your door for 20 euro!!

yeah , was looking at this, haven't really made up my mind, could end up wifeless with another vehicle around, hmmmm, maybe.
