the sliding door thingy is a strip which covers the slide on the outside of the van...

as for the roofrack, there is one for sale on Type2ireland

Roofrack is great and carries a load of gear.
Have put a camper roof on van so no longer fits.

Aha... thanks for clearing that up for me.

I've seen that roof rack before however, tis a bit too ugly to sit on top of my beautiful van

Really just looking for the bars is all.
