Whats the ladder made from? If it's a wooden one, would you be willing to cut a couple of rungs out of the ladder and sell them separetly? A few rungs have broken out of mine and the rest of it is good and I'd hate to throw it out.

Are they missing from the bottom or the top PJ? If it's from the bottom you can just turn the ladder upside-down.

I can't turn it upside down because my ladder is the type that opens out at the bottom and its hinged at the top.
